Instructors conduct seminars that deliver practical training with facility applications by encouraging students to discuss their own experiences from work. Eliciting active participation from students around their facility’s issues, and relating to relevant teaching aids that provide hands-on exercises lets students develop their own knowledge and understanding. Instructor demonstrations, interactive student response technology, problem solving exercises, role-playing, and case study discussions relate to their experiences to enhance maintenance training and practical skill acquisition.
